My Black Porsche Cayenne was parked by valet in the underground garage of a chic hotel in LA for 2 nights. I noticed liquid on the hood and back of my car and incorrectly assumed it was just water. I had the car washed the day we returned from LA only to discover the stains would not wash off. I was really upset and needed expert help. Evan at Porsche Newport Beach gave Ray Shahi's cell number along with the highest recommendation. Ray immediately returned my call and requested I send him photos. He said he had seen this issue once before on a $7MM Ferrari and that they were able to fix it. He said we needed to move quickly and found a spot for me in a busy shop schedule. Well...he fixed it again!!! When I picked up the car, it looked like the day it was driven off the showroom floor...brand new...outside and inside! They detailed the entire car. I still can't believe what Ray and his team did for me. His solution saved thousands of dollars. Ray is responsive, professional and clearly experienced and expert in his field. I wish I could give he and his team at Sterling Collision more than 5 stars!!!

James Norman at Sterling Collision Center in Tustin- My Jaguar was hit & run, on the drivers side, I then looked into the best collision center for my Jag and found Sterling, James was assigned to my claim-case. James is very great at explaining the process in detail. James is the best, look for him if you need to get repairs on your luxury car. This place and the people were very attentive and professional. My car looks new, like nothing had happened to it. The team is professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them! Thank You James!!!
